We used our insights sessions to assess where they are now by reviewing against our assessment framework, we also considered where they want to go in the short, medium and long term. We produced a report to highlight opportunities for growth and improvements, giving clear recommendations to enable them to achieve their potential. We continue to work with them to deliver the vision through a bespoke package of activity.
