Our Approach

We manage risk across three critical phases:

1. Prepare

We help organizations build resilience before disruption occurs:

  • Business Continuity Planning: Creating and implementing responses to ensure you can continue your essential operations
  • Security Assessments: Assessments of Physical, People, Technology and Information security
  • Testing:  Reviewing plans and checking if they work

2. Respond

When incidents happen, we act fast to minimise impact:

  • Incident Management: Creating effective plans to manage critical incidents if they occur
  • Investigation: Identifying what has caused the critical incident
  • Risk Mitigation: Developing and implementing responses that reduce organisational and operational risks

3. Recover

We support recovery and drive continuous improvement:

  • Learning: Capturing information from the Incident Management and Investigation in a way which can be used to improve future practices
  • Recovery Plans: Creating clear plans that will enable the organisation to restore essential operations if there is an incident
  • New Improved Ways of Working: Bringing together learning from Prepare, Respond and Recover to improve organisations activities
