Process
This is the approach we take with new clients to help them breakdown their risk management requirements into achievable chunks. Our approach is focused on saving organisations Time, Money, and Worry, and our aim is to ensure the organisational value received significantly exceeds the costs of the services we offer. The approach we take is as follows:
- 2hr face to face meeting with the client to identify their priorities and key risks
- We create draft models/approaches that respond to their priorities and key risks
- We present draft models/approaches to the client (1hr face to face or Teams), agree next steps, identify best support programme for them, and
- Complete work required, and create support programme
Support Packages
The package gives you the following:
- 24/7 365 Advice Line
- Access to a member’s area on our website (coming soon), and
- A set numbers of hours consultancy support from us that you can use throughout the year
The packages (full details below) are structured to fit all budgets and needs. You will be able to pay annually, or monthly if you want to spread the cost throughout the year as we feel that this fits better with our ambition of saving organisations Time, Money, and Worry as we deal with your most important issues first, reduce the hours organisations need to spend on their risk management issues, and provide support that fits the needs of the individual organisations.
