Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission - Case Study

The Challenge:

– The Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission commissioned two programmes for senior officers from the Intelligence Department. – The first programme focused on UK Policing practices, including Counter Corruption Practices, and introductions to Risk Analysis, Intelligence Analysis Techniques and Assessments, Tasking and Coordination Principles and Practices, and Operational Intelligence Assessments. – The second programme focused on a robust review of the MACC Intelligence Department Change programme against UK Intelligence practices to support a Change Roadmap

Our Approach

For the first programme we utilised our subject matter experts to provide an insight from a strategic, tactical and operational level. This included a former NPCC Intelligence Portfolio lead, the MoRiLE Programme Founder, the Serious Organised Crime Lead from the second largest metropolitan force, and a Senior Intelligence Analyst – For the second programme we used our proprietary RAPID Business Assessment to review the MACC Intelligence Department and Change programme. This was coupled with the utilisation of our Risk Profiling and Intelligence Operating Model concepts to create a new roadmap for the MACC Change Programme
