Neom - Case Study

The Challenge:

NEOM is a semi-autonomous state in Saudi Arabia and covers 27,000 square kilometres. Its vision is to be the land of the future that blends exceptional liveability with new high-tech facilities and capabilities. The task was to assess the likely crime and safety issues for areas that didn’t yet exist, calculate the resources required to respond to these issues, and to make these assessments against their concept and vision.

Our Approach

We created a tailored risk profiling/assessment model, which was used to model the operational policing response (staff, support services, equipment, and technology) required to deliver the priorities and requirements.

“They have always been willing to go above and beyond to help us deliver a package of work for our clients that has significantly enhanced their understanding of the likely crime and safety issues within the region. The team have been a pleasure to work with, and their friendly “can do” attitude fits well with our company values and approach. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and were always willing to listen to our needs, and our client’s needs.”
